Drama in the Stephanszell ski paradise: At the valley station, a dead man arrives by chairlift. It's the wealthy Orthopedist Dr. Hans Dreyer. The investigators of the Rosenheim Criminal Police find out that Dreyer and his former practice partner, Dr. Gerhard Paulsen (Simon Licht), were at each other‘s throats, as Paulsen has an affair with Dryes’s wife Daniela (Isabell Gerschke). In addition, greedy businessman Johannes Graulinger (Andreas Borcherding) and ski instructor Frank Steidl (Adrian Spielbauer) also have a motive. Steidl was mistreated while under the care of the orthopedist. And both Steidl and Dreyer had their eyes set on attractive waitress Sophie (Franziska Janetzko). Farmer Brandt (Anton Algrang) is also under suspicion: he owns the murder weapon, which turns up on the ski slope.
