Alexandra Ortmair has been working as a producer at Bavaria Fiction since 2022. Among other projects, she oversees the SWR movie "Nach uns der Rest der Welt" and works with young talents, successful authors and directors on exciting content for cinema, TV and streamers.
Before joining Bavaria Fiction, Alexandra Ortmair worked for three years as a producer for Film-Line Productions and realised successful projects such as "Werkstatthelden mit Herz". Alexandra Ortmair started her professional career in 2012 as a set runner, set assistant and later as an assistant director for productions such as "Die kleine Hexe" (2016), "Fack ju Göhte" Part 1 (2013) & Part 2 (2015), "Eine unerhörte Frau" (2015), "Der Pass" (2017) and many more. In addition to her tasks as assistant director for renowned directors such as Urs Egger, Hans Steinbichler, Bora Dagtekin and Lars Montag, she has also been involved in the development process and casting, thus gaining diverse insights into the productions.
